Visual inspection of the medullary canal (medulloscopy) has been used by many orthopaedic surgeons worldwide. It has its applications in primary - and revision hip surgery, endoscopic treatment of osteonecrosis, endoscopic debridement of osteomyelitis and many other indications. The purpose of this site is to share our experience with medulloscopy assisted orthopaedic surgery and provide a forum for orthopaedic surgeons from all over the world to discuss this novel approach in orthopaedic surgery.
